Software Issue Reporting System

This site provides view-access to known software issues from Agilent's software incident tracking system. The site recieves updates from the incident tracking system on a regular basis. The last update was performed Thursday, May 2, 2024

Instructions

The purpose of this site is to view individual known software issues. Enter the Issue ID in the first form on the Home page and click the button to display the issue. The issue will be displayed in a separate page under the ISSUE menu.

If you do not know the Issue ID, but you do have the known problem report (KPR) number you can enter that number in the second form and click the button to search for all Issues with that KPR number. Be aware that each product family has it's own series of KPR numbers so you will need to review the displayed list to identify the issue that corresponds to the product of interest. The list will display in a separate page under the LIST menu. Clicking the Issue ID link in the list will display that issue.

Saving Issues

If your browser is configured to allow cookies, you can save issues in a custom list for future reference. This allows you to track the status of known issues that impact you. When viewing an issue of interest, click on the Save Issue button. A new menu named SAVED ISSUES will appear with your issue listed. This list will appear each time you re-enter the site from the same browser on your PC and will be kept for up to a year. If you clear the stored cookies in your browser your saved issues list will be lost. Issues that no longer interest you can be removed from your saved issues by selecting the checkbox in the list and clicking the Remove Selected button.

Printing Issues

A PRINT button is available on the Issue page. Clicking this button displays the issue in a new window formatted for printing. Your system's Print function is called automatically once the page is displayed.
